Brief
To create a website capable of tracking and managing the user from their first interaction, to the end of their change programme, whilst integrating a range of bespoke online tools.
How we helped
Establishing the new site was a pivotal part of the business model's success. An integrated approach, not only to Changefirst's online tools, but also its brand and marketing materials was proposed. Commencing with brand and technical workshops we worked in partnership with Changefirst to define a new strategic direction, which resulted in an entire brand redesign, a bespoke content managed website and an extensive suite of online tools.
