Brief

To develop a range of on and off-line marketing material to launch a variety of medical practices within London, whilst working within the NHS guidelines.

How we helped

Working directly with Concordia Healthcare, an independent company responsible for managing the medical centres, we reviewed the scope of the robust NHS brand guidelines, completed a marketing strategy workshop and proposed a range of campaign concepts that were 'on brand', but still stands out from other practices' material.

Results

Each practice has exceeded their targets for patient registration.

Integrated campaigns that have generated a 260% return on marketing investment.

A successful model to implement in future planned practises.

Ongoing communication planning for both existing and potential patients using referrals, focus group and patient surveys.

An online goal conversion rate to registrations of over 25%.
