Brief
Our brief was to consult on the product branding and develop a structure from which the ARINC marketing team could present their existing product portfolio and provide a naming convention for future products.
How we helped
We ran a strategic brand workshop that allowed us to extract a deep insight into the existing naming process, future product development and the group's marketing plans. Using a selection of concept development techniques we brought together the marketing team at ARINC in a series of exercises that informed our decisions. We followed the workshop by fully documenting our findings, suggesting names for the first batch of products and giving guidance on how all future products should be named.
Results
The first three new products from ARINC's UK development team are now in production.
ARINC's UK marketing team has guides on structuring their 150 strong product portfolio.
The ARINC Group is able to use the product naming and categorisation system to work more closely across UK and US operations.
