To develop a range of on and off-line marketing material to launch a variety of medical practices within London, whilst working within the NHS guidelines.

How we helped

Working directly with Concordia Healthcare, an independent company responsible for managing the medical centres, we reviewed the scope of the NHS brand guidelines and led a marketing strategy workshop. From the decisions agreed at the workshop we proposed a range of campaign concepts that were 'on brand', but still stands out from other practices' material.


Each practice has exceeded its targets for patient registration.

Integrated campaigns that have generated a 260% return on marketing investment.

A successful model to implement in future practises launches was developed.

Ongoing communication planning for both existing and potential patients was established using referrals, focus group and patient surveys.

An online goal conversion rate to registrations of over 25% was achieved.
