Brief
Our Hyde Marketing consulting team were approached by St. James's Place's Business Development dept to offer support to individual partners and established practices within the Partnership. One such brief was to build a presence and fee base in a new market for an experienced partner, and reduce his dependence on cold calling,
How we helped
We helped the client research and understand buying patterns in his new target market, develop a sales proposition that would appeal to high value clients, and a marketing plan to reach them in a way that was appropriate for an exclusive and time-poor market.
